Context
Our client’s end objective is to automate completely the task of fleet allocation and determining their best location across the entire geography based on SLA, cost and customer classification.
Solution
We have thoroughly analysed this use case and filtered out the required attributes and then selected the appropriate algorithms. After having considered the set of clustering & classification algorithms, we have deployed the model over AWS SageMaker to achieve end-to-end process automation.
Outcomes
- The solution has provided the client an easy and immediate way to perform the process of fleet distribution optimization periodically, against a previous manual yearly process.
- The manual process used to take months of data collection and elaboration. With our solution it takes now minutes to run the entire process.
- The solutions has provided almost 30% of cost optimization on the required fleet to serve under the same conditions and criteria.
